When did you buy yours? I bought one earlier th is year and it just came with the knob and Moddiction said to just find a rubber stopper or something to elevate it. I wonder if they made some changes.
Unfortunately the 20mm opening for the reverse lockout won't acccommodate the Raceseng lockout measured about ~22mm. I did ask Moddiction if they can make an Anvil 2 with a larger opening but from the pics I've seen, it looks like it's as wide as it can get.
