He lowered the car immediately and put it back on the correct jack point, lifted the car back up and continued working. I consider him a friend so of course I stayed calm even though I was "oh no my baby!" on the inside. I've just been worrying about it because it is kind of a serious matter but I don't want to have it affect the friendship.
