If you mean a drop of more than an inch without affecting suspension
stroke (travel) you'll need to look at coil overs or an air set up (both of which mean a complete swap out of suspension struts).
I recommend you review the sticky posts under this forum and the suspension one to get a feel for what is possible, what is practical, and what steps are required to achieve what you want with your car.
