Yup eating my words a bit as I unearth the deeper stuff, gotta get past the 'noob your car doesn't need any hardware for adequate camber' because the average guy is happy to run in the -1 to -2 degree range (mx-5 and s2k). Maybe I'd be happy with that on the 86 for now, but I jumped from ~0 to -1 to over -3 so guess I'll never know.

Given how hard it is to convince some people that an alignment will net them more performance than a set of $800 ebay coilovers, I think you're overestimating how many "idiots" would take advantage of adjustable alignment hardware.
Lesson learned, pay to play. I'll keep saving up for those LCA's.
