Sorry can't help there as I am not much of a lip guy. There are a few around that should cover at least most of that crack. Maybe somebody else can chime in, you can check Ebay or there is something here

Check with your insurance though as hitting animals is frequently covered by comprehensive not collision and the deductible is often much less.
