Here's a list of the available ones, per Torque:

Misfire
Fuel System
Components
Catalyst
Evaporative Sys
O2 Sensor
O2 Sensor Heater
EGR System

You can only have one "incomplete" to pass emissions testing, at least here in Texas

I can confirm that only one is left not ready, and I believe it says something like o2 sensor not ready. California has the same standard of one code allowable and I passed with that code still on the ECU at a referee station.
