After 100 miles (since reflash) of mixed city & hiway, I still have yet to complete three tests: evap, catalyst and o2 sensors. Do the twins have a certain "driving cycle" that forces all the tests to run?

I'm also having a hard time getting my DT Flash n Go tune on my JRSC to pass all OBD readiness tests. I flashed the non flex fuel tune with all tests turned on as well and plugged my rear O2 sensor back on. My original CARB tune took about two tanks of gas or roughly 400 miles to show all sensors ready. I'm about 500 miles in right now and still showing non ready for O2, catalyst, and evap. Since we can't force readiness with Ecutek, what is the official 'drive cycle' for a 2013 BRZ to get these tests to complete?
