I'll check by myself, but, if by comparison somebody has ever opened a Valenti flasher and a chinese flasher, if that person could provide pictures, it'd be great :-) !

It's literally a normal relay inside, and the only fix I had was getting a high quality relay as I said in my first post with tap turn like this:

I personally have the second and don't have the delay you speak of anymore, my old relay however did.
