Hmm, well I saw the Greddy car in person and the "Greddy" script appeared to be applied the same as the "Brembo" script would be in an OEM or aftermarket Brembo application, (decal/paint) certainly not embossed in the caliper. They also did not look perfect, appeared refinished to me but this is not a fact, just an opinion. The cast in mounting appears (but may not be) identical to JDM 01-02 STi caliper, which may or may not be the same as an 04 USDM caliper. I am sure a Subaru expert like Drew would know.

'01 STi caliper with clearly offset mounting

Greddy FR-S caliper with offset mounting as well. Beating a dead horse, but OEM brake hose from... Something. (Maybe FR-S OEM hose) The bottom of the caliper shows some imperfections in the paint, could be a sign of them being refinished.

I do not know if the leading piston is smaller or larger, it may not have been a concern as this car was a show piece. It is possible that the 01-02 STi JDM caliper as I am speculating these calipers are, have the same bore or have been modified? I was hoping you were going to give me something definitive, but this still makes the most sense.
