Some Napa stores can get it. They may not have it in stock, but should be able to order it since they carry the regular ENEOS.
If you're looking for CHEAP and NOW, you're shopping for the wrong oil!
An excellent cheap and now oil is Pennzoil Platinum/Ultra Platinum from Wally World or an auto parts store.
