I forget as its been so long, but is that the plastic pulley with the raised lip that is the tensioner, or the smooth metal pulley that gets replaced by the vortech supplied one? Vortech one is "4TX016-150 IDLER, 2.75 DIA, SMOOTH, 7 RIB"
