SoCal Spotted
Saw an OEM FRS (forgot the color, white or silver) driving west on Imperial Highway and then seems to be waiting to turn left onto State College Rd south towards Bastachury Rd around 2:50pm on Sunday October 18. You stared at my car and I gave you a peace sign. Hispanic male driver with a passenger.
