Basically, you expressed interest to buy a car and left your info. Subaru of America took your contact info from the dealer and mailed you a "Thank You" gift in anticipation of your purchase.

You cancelled after the gift was already processed on their side.

Stop thinking this is a scam. You made no attempt to order a bag and any fraud case would be immediately ruled in your favor if it went that route.
