We just drove the new Toyota 86!

Pretty much every journalist who's driven the new Toyota 86 has, after driving it, opened the driver's door, collapsed, whites of their eyes showing, utterly astounded at this car. Some say it really is that good.
Up until yesterday, none of the fellows here in the TopGear Australia office had driven the new 86. So we were in the same boat as you, having only read what other people had written. And, we're guessing like you too, our expectations were already tickling the bottom of the moon, they were that high.
So it was with a flutter of excitement and blatant giddiness that we sunk into the driver's seat of an 86 at the Australian launch in Canberra yesterday. And what did you reckon we thought, TopGearers?

14 Little Toyota 86 Things

We have a Toyota 86 in the TopGear Australia office at the moment. When we're not having dagger battles over who gets to take it home for the night, we're sitting there looking at it, or driving it. During this time, and using enthusiastic index fingers, we've managed to point out to each other a bunch of little things we like. And dislike.
The problem is, we want to show you guys these things, but we've got nowhere to put them. When reading our test, you just want to hear that it's jolly swell to drive, or that it's a rather terrific bargain. But often, it's the little things that make all the difference.
