You know I've heard a few people echo this but I'm not 100% onboard, in my experience the trac-hold will not save you from a spin, should not affect drifting unless the EBD affecting brake bias is too disruptive with the trail braking required.

Seemed like CSG's testing pointed to the trail braking and lifting a wheel being the two cases where the trac-hold stepped in, shouldn't be any wheel lift while drifting.
