The sound doesn't change much with the Supertek. If anything, it's slightly quieter with the sound tube removed. I believe the kit normally comes with the little plug for the firewall, but I do not have that piece. I had deleted the sound tube long before I ever had the Supertek and initially used the plug from Home depot (

The tube itself doesn't have the port for the sound tube. So its a clean setup that doesnt look like it deleted anything.
