Yeah... I think I'm going to give it a go, at least on the side driver and passenger windows, will probably leave the rest on unless it looks really fugly (in which case I'll likely get someone else to remove the rear window tint)...
One other question (for now!)... Can anyone help me identify the lights in the attachments?
They're the ones I currently have installed but I'm contemplating swapping them out for the standard / OEM lights in the link below as I think I've gotten a few flashing lights from oncoming drivers which is making me uneasy / paranoid that I may be obscuring the vision of other drivers...

A head-on picture of the headlights would make identification easier...but those look stock to me.
