churchx, but I have to admit it's a grey area since the OFT shifted across to using the romraider definitions. Primarily, my aim was to set up the repository (or at least, fork the original Merp repository) for open source users.
I've had not issue with OFT as a commercial product piggy-backing on the RR definitions (and I haven't had any negative feedback from the rest of the dev team at RR) - in fact, I've worked quite a bit with Shiv on getting new definitions out, LC/FFS etc. - but fundamentally, the repository is for opensource - I would not want the responsibility of managing commercial expectations, it's also complicated by the naming convention that the OFTs have adopted, as mentioned above.
