Go outside, pull a wheel, and use a measuring tape.
Or read the markings on the spring and go back inside and find out what they mean.
There are just two measurements besides spring rate.
Inner diameter and length.
Why 10k? It's going to be bouncy stiff. But maybe you are slammed.
