You can probably get a barely used, full set on here for not a lot more than what the dealer is asking for the OEM tire.

That said, the price they're quoting is about right for a full replacement. I'm not sure if you actually need a full replacement, though. If the nail hasn't damaged the sidewall, you can usually patch or plug it, which is less than 50 bucks at basically any tire shop.
