I want to do springs but not sure what to get. I want to keep the ride quality (comfort) and performance. And just lower the car, but i do not want any long term problems arising from the springs. SO whats a good quality lowering springs for a good price??

That's a really tall order. This car is only about 10mm off the bump stops from the factory. If you drop it with only springs you'll destroy the dampers, the ride, and the performance. You need something that also includes bump stops at a minimum. If you want to go lower than an inch, just forget the idea of springs, you will need coilovers.

That said, if you're willing lower it only 3/4 to 1 inch there are a couple of options. Eibach Sportlines/TRD springs,Eibach pro-kit, and RCE Yellows all include shorter bump stops. To my knowledge they're the only ones.
