yep use lock washers or nuts and use high temp antiseize on nuts\bolts run the nut\bolt a couple of passes with the antiseize on threads to it runs smooth wipe of excess and dirt \ scale then torque up. It you torque up rusty dry bolts a lot of the "torque" goes into overcomming the high levels of friction, then once they heat up they will loosen.
