Clutch peddle loud squeak

Squeak is at the last half of the pedal travel. Happens with engine on or off. This made me think it was the fork mating points that needed lubrication as some have mentioned. Slave to fork surface was well greased already. While the engine off but still hot and pedal squeaky, I unbolted the slave and removed the fork boot to gain access to the lower portion of the fork. I was able to spray some Wurth HSS 2000 High pressure adhesive oil using a bendy straw to direct the oil on each of the fork prongs. Didn't spray much at all. Put the slave back on to test right after and no more squeak. Took it for another test drive and got the car hot and still no squeak.

Not sure how long this will last, but I'm 99% certain that my squeak originated from the mating surfaces of the clutch fork prongs to the throw out bearing since that is the only part of the fork I was able to lube.

It's been about 2 weeks and 500 miles and the squeak is back! The day it came back was a rainy day as well. I imagine the mating surfaces of the clutch fork to the throw out bearing is worn out to the point where re-greasing only last a small duration. Even if a warranty replacement is done, unless the new fork and bearing had some sort of design update, I foresee the problem coming back eventually.
