The RSR's aren't as quick as RS3 v2's, but they are much cheaper. There is some decently big QC issues, lots of people I know have had issues getting them to balance (likely out of round), etc.
Depending on car and surface, the current battle is Rival-S or RE71R. Not sure what 2016 has in store though.
