It may have been because the ltft was so bad with crook original sensor ecu took a while to stabilse fuel trims. which now look ok
The wideband afr signal is still weird but it may be a logging error with oft.
I would clear the error code ad do some more driving and see if it returns as that code may have triggered when old sensor was installed or prior to leak fix.
I probably should have asked if you had reset ecu and how much driving you have done.
but it looking much better now, hopefully after you clear that code it will be good
