2. rear o2 sensor not plugged in or plug/cable damaged
3. REAR 02 sensor is stuffed
also the long term fuel trim is 37% in places this is almost at the limit of correction (40%) this indicates leak or problem with FRONT 02 sensor , the sensor FRONT 02 seems to be reading ok and with that huge fuel correction its running reasonable AFR, but its likely the sensor is seeing fresh air so it thinks car is running lean, then ecu is adding 30% more fuel to compensate
1. massive air leak near sensor (could be same leak)
Are the sensors plugged in correctly and plugs in all the way, grey to grey and black to black.
I dont think its possible to screw the front o2 sensor into the rear connection on the header due to the cable length but its kind of looking that way or something rearly weird is going on.
If one of the 02 cables is very tight this may have been done, both cables should have plenty of "slack " in them.
See above GREY plug is FRONT 02 Sensor front sensor should be in the single tube at front of OFH
BLACK plug is REAR 02 sensor should be after the collector on OFH where all four tubes have come togeather.
then BLACK plug to black socket,,grey to grey on connectors
Its difficult to diagnose stuff from the other side of the planet and i would hate for you to spend more money on sensors ect when the problem my be wiring or install issues.
I think its time to take it to a shop they has experience with 86 or subaru and let them have a look :-)

Rear o2 sensor is brand new. Shop chased/tapped the rear bung and screwed in the brand new rear o2 sensor on thursday. Now it's snug and screwed in there.
Also, both sensors are plugged in correctly. Gray on gray, black on black. Primary is in front, and Rear is at the back.
How do I tell if the rear o2 sensor is stuffed? Man, this means I gotta take off the headers again!
So right now, you're telling me, I may have a leak at both sensor?
My wrists are pretty skinny, so I just opened the hood and checked if any of the sensors are loose(yes, i can reach the rear sensor, barely). And none of them were loose. They're screwed in there. But when I started the car, I tried to put my whole head in there if I can hear any some what air leak. But all I can hear is the belts wooshing but I can smell gas though. Ugh! Such a headache. I don't wanna give it to Subaru because the car is not really throwing any CEL. It's just showing in the OFT that I do have those codes. So if they look at it, they're just going to say nothing is wrong since there's no real CEL.
