You should be able to get at primary (front) o2 sensor pretty easy without removing anything else its in header primary tube near base of dipstick.
If that washer is loose on 02 sensor id say the shop forced it in and its likely damaged threads on o2 sensor and its leaking. After you chase threads the sensor should screw in easily by hand then just torque it the last bit and the washer should not be loose. If your lucky you wont need a new sensor if the threads are not two badly damaged to seal correctly.
The maf sensor is the black plastic thing at top of air box again easily removed.
