Replacing oil cooler line fittings?

Hi All,

I've got a situation where I likely have faulty female hose-end fittings for my oil cooler. I'm wondering if it's advisable to remove them (seems to be clamped with a metal band - easy to remove?) and put in new fittings into the existing hose and then tighten with zip ties.

Asking as it's a much easier fix to do than replacing the entire hose and fittings on both ends. They are clamped on the same way that Perrin does their fittings.
@PERRIN_Chris would love to get your thoughts on this - is it easy to swap fittings at the hose female AN hose end where it connects to sandwich?

Would greatly appreciate any advice!
