The 3 FR-S that I had inbound they attempted to accessorize up at the port. Thankfully, I was able to catch it the day they added all the accessories and had them removed before the car was processed at the port.
From what i've noticed, port processing takes about 2-3 days, provided they are not running behind. The ETAs I get for my Japan vehicles tend to be a little exaggerated, I tend to get them before their anticipated arrival. My first FR-S was scheduled to arrive between June 3rd-6th and I got it May 31st.
