The shop had to use some force to put in the O2 sensors in one of the bungs to be able to fit it in.
No one has touched the MAF area. So I don't think that is the problem. Right now, to me it's either an exhaust leak or o2 sensor.
Sounds like the shop probably stripped threads on 02 sensor or its not seated al the way in bung. You should not have to force sensors they should screw in by hand all the way then just torque them down at end they are easily damaged.

think thats likely the problem problem. leak at o2 sensor or damaged o2 sensor. best to run thread tap/chaser through header bungs to clean them up
