Alignment of steering wheel changes....

So a strange issue. 90% of the time I drive the steering wheel is at the 1 o'clock position and the other 10% it is straight like it should be. I can't find a reason that it changes. I did curb the car badly and then had it aligned again. Since then the issue has been this way. When I rotated the tires I noticed they are wearing more heavily on the front insides. I am running the car low and with camber plates and bump steer Whiteline products in the front. Help please. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1442185371.039873.jpg
