First, get a car cover.
Secondly, spray animal repellent around car. Usually smells citric and contains cinnamon.
Third, every week take off cover, undust it if you live in dusty area, and apply more repellent around car. Maybe quik wax it?

Then, youre good. Pet shops that carry reptiles also offer free snake poo you can throw under cars. Helps with warding off birds and cats.
