No, but with over 20 years as a car audio engineer (designing the amps and speakers) it always make me wonder what people were thinking when they keep replacing fuses, putting bigger one in, adding pieces of metal, or what ever other silly thing they do when a fuse blows expecting it to just magically work.

9 times of of 10 they just end up burning the circuit board, blowing MOSFETS, or otherwise destroying something because of this.

The real fix could of been something as easy as a bad ground or power wire too small, or even just a loose wire strand shorting the speaker terminals........... nope just do the easy thing, don't bother to check what the cause is, replace the fuse and expect everything to be AOK
