Diode Dynamics. They bulbs tend to be the brightest I've seen and are reliable. Plus when they ship to Canada, the cost of shipping is reasonable compared to other sites. I previously also bought from SuperBrightLEDs.com, but stopped using them because the Diode bulbs were brighter.
