I think he lives in CA. Spend a few bucks on a rust free one and you should be good to go. Old cars always need some tinkering here or there, but at least you can tinker (and it's fun). Aside from occasional tinkering, that thing is built like a panzer. Radicals, well I'm honestly not sure how reliable they are, but I am familiar with sportbike motors - shouldn't be too horrible for a track only vehicle. But if you're not a track guy, or a mechanical guy, then yeah forget everything I said
