http://imgur.com/OMQmWXr Apologies for the blurry picture, but this is the view of the catalytic converter inside the P&L header downpipe.
http://imgur.com/NTw4P6o These were the pieces of the catalytic converter removed from the turbine housing. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of the damaged turbine wheel.
http://imgur.com/tf9Sqb4 The beautiful new billet compressor wheel from the new GTX2971R that Moto-East so kindly let me "steal" from their upcoming MX5 turbo kit. Mike had mixed feelings parting ways with his beloved turbocharger, but I am extremely grateful that he did because it meant that I was able to take the car home that same day. Unfortunately, since we didn't finish everything until around 8:30 that night, we weren't able to get it on the dyno, but it'll be on in the near future! We'll be using Ecutek and an EBCS to have different boost levels, one of which will probably crack 400whp.
Unfortunately though, any numbers that the car is able to produce will be fairly irrelevant to this kit's capabilities since I'm now using a completely different turbocharger that costs over twice as much as the one supplied with the kit. The results will be able to attest to the functionality of the intake/exhaust layout of the kit though, so it's not a completely lost cause!
