I would not track on the HB pulley with 93. If you read the JRSC manual, on the first page, you'll see a recommendation for race gas only at the race track, even in CARB form. E85 would certainly qualify as race gas, as would 100+ octane. 93 is not race gas.

Can you? Sure. Are you putting your engine at a large risk? Yes.
