In addition to the softer springs, the Flex Z uses rubber rear upper mount instead of pillow ball which allegedly reduces noise and makes it more comfortable... After what @Shady195 said, it seems like the Flex Z is a better product than the Street Flex in every way, at least for street use. I'm probably gonna go with @CSG Mike's recommendation
