To isolate it:

Raise the front of the car off the ground. Turn the wheels and see if the pads are being stuck to the rotors.

If not, see if noise is there when you have the car up in the air. If there is noise when you back up and turning, it simply could just be the springs having a tiny amount of play in the spring seat in the front struts.
