I'm sitting here since a month, breaking my head over a good tire setup for the track, mostly erring towards a staggered setup to bring more grip to the rear but without trial and error I really won't know and then there's a part of me that just wants to get whatever and head out to the tracks just to have fun.

I have them do the standard test and tbn everytime.
Depending on what you're going to use the car for, square setup might be the best bet (road course, etc) no reason to stagger if you don't have the extra power to use the grip.
I'm sc'd 245whp currently and I run square. 255s, but square.
