Lots of confusion over tags and mentions in this thread. I just tagged and will now mention @
CSG Mike. The problem as I am aware is that if you don't get the mention correct when you first submit that post, then the notification won't be sent to the person. You can edit your post and fix the mention, but the person will never get the notification.
