I got the first gear to misbehave yesterday and when trying to shift into the others straight out from 1st, the rest went it smoother and improved as I kept going through them, weird. While stopped with the engine running, pick a gear and repeat engaging-disengaging while at the same time lifting the pedal a tiny bit each time. You will find the exact point at which the clutch makes contact because it won't go into gear.
If that distance changes between hot and cold conditions, something is warping.
