@brzest what kind of tires have you been using? It looks like you can definitely consider using more aggressive pads, FYI, XP12s were really good when it comes to sound levels and brake modulation but did fade in my experience and they didn't last long..

I would definitely consider Raybestos ST43s (assuming you have aggressive tires not some street tires) and they're the only Race pads that can also be used at street due to it's operating range ..they're also less harsher on the rotors unlike other race pads.. I would still keep a separate pad/rotor set for summer/track use and winter, mixing the compounds on the rotor is not ideal since they bound together
