Did somebody else drive your car or something? The only way for the exhaust to melt the diffuser like that it had to be pushed up and held there for a bit. That didn't happen just by the exhaust dropping. That was why I was wondering about marks underneath. Maybe backed into an angled curb that pushed it up without catching it so you didn't even know it happened?
