I'm not entirely sure how it happened in my case, but its created by too much heat. I drove to NY yesterday and sat in traffic for about two hours. Every start resulted in that annoying shudder, frustrating to say the least.

Yep that's what happens to me in this so great miami traffic. My fear is that the shudder eventually may damage either mounts or anything else. Just have to find a decent place.
