If you are patient and stretch your budget a few grand over 15k I think it's possible to find an frs. Might be a high mileage, at least higher than average for a 2013 model year. It's well worth it but will take some searching on your part, probably won't be the exact color or what not but if you are willing to spend 15k + why not get the car you want. Are you financing or cash buyer? If cash buyer try lease to own maybe? You could possibly have some changes with finances over the lease time and choose to buy it when it's all said and done.
