I still rate those are "cheaper" headphones and I usually don't like to compare headphones to speakers.... case in point, I much prefer the sound of my somewhat modest monitors to the sound of the sennheiser HD800 phones.
Does it just sound too flat for your tastes? The more I listen to this system the more I am loving it. Did you find anything wrong with the install/harness connectors? Remember to disconnect the dash speakers?
