Factory is 5.92 and there is no way to adjust outside of messing with your frame but your driver’s side is 5.14 and your passenger’s side is 5.89.

The car drives straight and doesn’t feel bad, but i'm not sure if i should go to a frame shop and have the strut knuckle looked at, however the car is visually fine.

i'm planning to install coilovers soon, and i'm not 100% if i should replace the strut knuckle, or if planned camber adjustment will negate that need.

You mean "caster" ? 6° of camber is à lot.
