The RS1 is a very nice coilover, RS is slightly more adaptable because of the two way adjustability, just takes longer to dial them in.
Im no expert but once you have the compression dialed in, the only thing i would dial in periodically would be the rebound adjustment

That's the case for 90% of the cars we set up that are mixed duty cars. Compression changes are pretty rare, unless there's a very specific purpose.
