Crystal Lake is
usually a pretty dead trail since it leads to a dead end and is a pretty short drive. Should we try that? It's just west of GMR so a bit closer to the 626. I've done the drive up and back in < 2 hours leaving from Rosemead. That includes some fun at the top.
Lol I'm aiming to get back early too bc I also have work at 6AM.
